The PRS SE Mark Tremonti Custom solidbody electric guitar offers you a great-playing, performance-driven instrument at a wonderful price. Changes to the body and neck dimensions deliver a fatter sound and fast playability, and the updated electronics are based on some of PRS's most popular designs. But the SE Tremonti Customs have additions like a thicker mahogany body with maple top to bring the guitars more in line with the USA models found slung around Mark's shoulders. A PRS tremolo is routed for trem-up performance to get the most control. And the neck now boasts PRS's popular wide-thin neck profile for comfort and speed.

Built for tone

Onboard the SE Tremonti Custom is a duet of newly designed PRS SE Tremonti humbucking pickups. An upgrade from the pickups on the originals, the SE Tremontis were carefully designed with Mark to deliver a clear and present tone that stays full and distinct with hard-driven gain. The maple top and neck also have a huge impact on the tone of the guitar. You'll find notes are more distinct, with a stronger fundamental and noticeably more sustain. And the thicker mahogany body adds a fullness in the mids and lows. This setup makes the guitar work great in any style of music.

With one look you know that this SE Tremonti Custom is a high-quality performance guitar boasting a beautiful figured maple veneer. Whether quilt or flame, the figure will be highlighted by the translucent finishes, much like the USA versions. Masked wood binding lets the maple top outline the body of the guitar.
